The StarG8/24 is compatible throughout the 24 volt range of King Gate automation for swing and sliding gates.
The StarG8/24 is very easy to programme due to its automatic programme function. It has many great features including a slow-down facility on opening and closing to prevent unnecessary noise; obstacle detection to ensure safety; secondary safety input for additional photo cells and safety edges, and partial opening for pedestrian use. The StarG8 is compatible with the Clavis and KingKonnect smart phone apps as below. The Star G8/24 is complete with built-in radio receiver with the capacity for 200 radio transmitters. and has the facility for battery back-up. The StarG8/24 is a direct replacement for the Star 224, Star M224 and Star 124.
