The StarG8/AC is compatible throughout the 230 volt range of King Gate automation for swing and sliding gates.
The StarG8/AC is very easy to programme due to its automatic programme function. It has many great features including a slow-down facility on opening and closing to prevent unnecessary noise; obstacle detection to ensure safety; secondary safety input for additional photo cells and safety edges, and partial opening for pedestrian use. The StarG8/AC is compatible with the Clavis and KingKonnect smart phone apps as below. The StarG8/AC is complete with built-in radio receiver with the capacity for 200 radio transmitters and is a direct replacement for the Star 2230 and Star 1230.
